The KAT System is the first 'hot-swappable' microphone capsule system of its kind to incorporate a matrix connection that will accept both the Neumann style center contact and the AKG style floating diaphragm. Changing the capsule, changes the color of the sound!

Choose the sound you've always wanted with capsules available from Korby Audio Technologies including: KAT 251, KAT 12 , KAT 67, KAT 47, KAT 800, and KAT Signature Series head assemblies. The heads are truly 'hot-swappable' and can be removed without the use of tools. When session time matters, don't change the mic - change the color.
