Rack-N-Roll Sales Policies

WARRANTY
Shipping costs for warranty items are responsibility of the consumer. Prior authorization required. No refunds are allowed on any items that have been tampered with or physically altered from original conditions.

RETURN POLICY
Vintage and Used products have a 3 day trial period at which time can be returned if not satisfied. No refunds on any items that have been tampered or without original carton. Return freight costs are responsibility of consumer. Prior authorization is mandatory.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders are non-cancelable/ non-returnable. A 20% restocking fee may apply to all purchases. Used and Vintage items are subject to a 5% processing fee if cancelled before delivery!

DAMAGED GOODS
Rack-N-Roll Audio is not responsible for damage during shipment. Before signing, examine items for damage. Make certain delivering agent notes damage on release form or refuse acceptance. Notify and make a claim immediately with the shipping courier when damaged. Notify us once claim is processed and we will help expedite matters. Always save original carton products have been shipped or claims will be REFUSED. Claims for all carriers are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OR PAYMENTS
Payments for orders received outside of the United States are accepted by Bank Wire, Check, Pay Pal). Credits cards are only accepted when accounts can be verified in your country. All payments must clear before shipments leave our premise. Since import taxes and/or duties that your government might impose on products shipped from the United States may apply, you, the recipient, are solely responsible for shipping charges, taxes, and duties, once goods arrive in your country.
If using Pay Pal, a 3% processing fee will be applied to your order total. A PayPal account must be created unless you have an existing account. Echeck is a form of payment available from PayPal that alleviates the 3% processing fee, taking 4 to 5 days for payment clearance. Rack-N-Roll Audio will send you wire details upon request. Please email sales@racknrollaudio.com for wire details. If using PayPal, a payment request will be sent to the email address provided. If payment is sent in any other method via PayPal, the 3% processing fee will apply.

PAYMENT METHODS (domestic)

C.O.D: Sorry, all C.O.D orders must be shipped on Rack-N-Roll Audio's account. We cannot collect funds when using your account.

Checks: All checks (including cashiers checks and money orders) must clear before any orders or merchandise can be sent out.

Bank Wire: Bank details will be provided upon request. We cannot ship until bank wires have been confirmed. Please fax us a copy of the wire transaction provided by your bank to speed up this process. Bank wire fees are the sole responsibility of the sender. Accordingly, please send a $20 incoming bank processing fee in addition to your payment. Email sales@racknrollaudio.com for bank wire details.

Credit Card: Credit card payments will be processed for the full amount before any labor is performed on Used/Vintage items. We can only ship your order to the address to which the credit card is issued. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which are the same as your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will delay the processing of your order. In addition, you will have to sign for your package.
Rack-N-Roll Audio retains the right to refuse credit card purchases at any time and is subject to Rack-N-Roll Audio's approval. Credit card charges for larger transactions may be denied and could require alternate payment

SHIPPING METHODS
All charges include shipping, handling, and insurance. C.O.D Items can ONLY be sent via Rack-N-Roll Audio's shipping account. Duties and taxes are not included.

SALES TAX
Tennessee residents will be subjected to taxes.
